Vince Bianco
Vince Bianco brings to the NBICF Board a deep commitment to Italian heritage and a distinguished career in organizational leadership spanning more than three decades. Born into a family with roots in Piemonte, Vince has spent recent years actively reconnecting with his Italian heritage — studying the language and tracing his family's history in Torino — a personal journey that ultimately led him to the North Bay Italian Cultural Foundation.
Professionally, Vince is a Senior Program Manager and enterprise transformation leader with over 35 years of experience in aviation safety, federal regulatory operations, and large-scale organizational change. Most recently, he led Boeing's enterprise-wide safety culture transformation,
overseeing programs that reached 2,500 managers across 38 sites in 11 states. He is an FAA-licensed pilot, PMP-certified, and the principal of Marivin Consulting Services LLC, based in Santa Rosa. Vince's
commitment to community service is longstanding. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Special Parents Information Network (SPIN) and volunteered with Save Our Shores and Operation Surf, a Wounded Warrior Project–affiliated program supporting injured service members. He completed formal training in Fundraising and Board Governance through the Community Foundation of Santa Cruz County. Vince is proud to bring his passion for Italian culture, his governance experience, and his collaborative spirit to the NBICF family.
