NBICF EVENT RESERVATIONS – Mail or Credit Card

Payment for events may be made here (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal) or by mailing a check to the NBICF Office at 64 Brookwood Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95404. Click here for a generic mail-in reservation form – include name(s), dinner date & seating preference (if any) on the form.  Event specific reservation forms are also included in the newsletter. When paying by credit, follow the instructions below.

NBICF Dinner – Friday, December 12, 2025 – Sonoma County Veterans Memorial Dining Room – Doors open at 5:00pm, Dinner at 6:00pm. 1351 Maple Ave. Santa Rosa. Dinner catered by Canevari’s Deli.
Dinner includes: Antipasti, Salad, Cheese Ravioli with Marinara Sauce Meatballs or Tri-Tip and Dessert with Wine at the table.

Prepaid reservations must be made by December 9, 2025

To pay with a debit or credit card, use, select reservation type, add names and “Add to Cart. On the Cart, you can add additional reservation of the same type by clicking on the + sign. You can also remove a previous reservation or return to the Reservation page to add additional attendees to your cart. Make sure the payment amount matches your desired amount for the number of attendees. When you are satisfied with your selections, use the Checkout button (Pay without a PayPal Account). If you don’t see the Checkout, you may see “Try another way”. If you see that message, click on it. You should see Pay with Debit or Credit Card as an option on the bottom of the screen.

NOTE: No personal or credit card information is recorded or retained on the NBICF website. NBICF is subject to processing fees for using PayPal Merchant Payments. For this event, no processing fees have been added to the price – they are being paid by NBICF. .
