NBICF has several annual membership types: Individual-$35, Household-$50, Patron-$100, Student-$10 and Business-$150. The Patron and Business membership types provide additional funds for the scholarship and cultural activity programs, e.g. Sundays at the Center, movies, lectures, etc. New members receive their first dinner free and Patron members receive two free dinners. Students must provide a valid student I.D. NBICF operates all of its programs on a volunteer basis, so we encourage all members to volunteer their time in an area of interest, e.g. serving or cooking at a monthly dinner, working in the office, assisting the building committee, help with decorations for events, singing with our choral group, Coro Allegro, or any other area that you feel can contribute to the benefit of the membership. The membership form can be filled out online, however you will need to print the form and send your annual membership fee in the form of a check to NBICF at 64 Brookwood Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95404.

The fields on the form may be entered by clicking in each field and entering the appropriate information. Some entries are choices, e.g. membership type. These entries require clicking on the choice displayed as a radio button. When the form is completed, print the form by using your browser’s File/Print Option or pressing CTRL-P. When your information is complete, don’t forget to print.
