Payment for events may be made here (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal) or by mailing a check to the NBICF Office at 64 Brookwood Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95404. Click here for a generic mail-in reservation form – include name(s), dinner date & seating preference (if any) on the form. Event specific reservation forms are also included in the newsletter.
We have installed a the Communal Membership portal for membership payments and reservations for events. If you have already renewed, reservation instructions are included below.
If you have not renewed your NBICF membership for 2026, this would be a good time to renew your membership allowing you to make reservations for the dinners and events at the Member price rather than the Non-Member price. By now you should have received a notice that your membership has expired with instructions to View your membership and renew for 2026.

Reservations must be made by March 20, 2026
Please consider bringing non-perishable item(s) to donate to a local food bank.
Menu includes: Antipasti, Penne Pasta, choice of Pesto or Marinara sauce, Mamma Rosa’s Meatballs, Classico Caesar Salad and breadsticks – Dessert, please bring your favorite cookies to share

Members – $40, Non-Member Guests – $45
Child (5-18 yrs) – $10 Child under 5yrs – Free
NBICF Member Reservations
When you click on the link below, you login into your account and then you will be transferred to the Programs & Events Tab where you can choose one reservation at a time. When you have completed your selections, click on the Complete button to checkout and pay. If you have additional family members listed in your membership profile, you can select them one at a time to add to your reservation cart. Note, if you are already logged in, go to the Programs & Events to locate the March Dinner reservation.

Non-Member Reservations
Click on this link to be transferred to the Communal Programs & Events tab. Select the March Dinner Event. Choices include Member ($40) and Non-Member ($45). The Member option requires the customer to login to their Communal membership profile.
