NBICF EVENT RESERVATIONS – Mail or Credit Card
Payment for events may be made here (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal) or by mailing a check to the NBICF Office at 64 Brookwood Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95404. Click here for a generic mail-in reservation form – include name(s), dinner date & seating preference (if any) on the form. Event specific reservation forms are also included in the newsletter. When paying by credit, follow the instructions on the event reservation page – no-forms necessary.
NBICF Dinner – Thursday, January 22, 2026 – Sonoma County Veterans Memorial Dining Room – Doors open at 5:00pm, Dinner at 6:00pm. 1351 Maple Ave. Santa Rosa. Dinner catered by the Pasta King.
Antipasti, Lasagna with marinara or meat sauce, Salad, Garlic Bread and Dessert with wine at the table.

To pay online, follow these instruction. On the reservation form below, select the appropriate type (e.g. Member, Guest, Teen or Child) and click the “Add to cart” button. The cart will show “Quantity 1” and the payment will show the dollar amount. To add another reservation of the same type, click on the + button which will add another reservation of the same type. Press continue shopping if you need to add guests or children. Make sure you are paying the correct amount for the members, guests, teens and children.
When you are finished with the attendees and want to pay with a debit or credit card, use the Checkout button (Pay without a PayPal Account). If you don’t see the Checkout, you may see “Try another way”. If you see that message, click on it. You should see Pay with Debit or Credit Card as an option on the bottom of the screen.
NOTE: No personal or credit card information is recorded or retained on the NBICF website. NBICF is subject to processing fees for using PayPal Merchant Payments. For this event, no processing fees have been added to the price – they are being paid by NBICF. .
